Metas Adventist School, Surat, is seeking a flexible and proactive Proxy Teacher for the Afternoon Shift to ensure seamless learning in the absence of regular teachers.

Position: Proxy Teacher (Afternoon Shift)

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree (B.Ed. preferred).
2. Prior teaching/substitute teaching experience.
3. Adaptability to handle multiple grades/subjects.
4. Strong classroom management skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Deliver pre-planned lessons in absent teachers’ classes.
2. Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment.
3. Assist students with assignments and clarify doubts.
4. Collaborate with staff to ensure continuity in education.

Skills & Qualities:

1. Patience and adaptability.
2. Excellent communication.
3. Ability to engage students across age groups.
